Shipping

If you order before 12pm (working day) the package will be shipped on the same day. If you order after 12pm it will leave the next day (or next business day).

The expected delivery and return processing time is slightly longer than normal around holidays. This is our busiest season with high demands. Thank you for your patience!

We ship with PostNord, Bring and DHL Express shipping. There will be no additional import taxes on your order.

As soon as the parcel has been shipped you will receive a message from DHL (PostNord or Bring if in Norway) with information about tracking and delivery.

European orders will usually be delivered within 2-3 days from the day you received your shipping confirmation. International orders will usually be delivered within 3-5 days from the day you received your shipping confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If a delivery suffers a delay or an item happens to be out of stock, you will be informed by e-mail as quickly as possible.

Any questions you might have concerned your delivery can be directed to Oleana customer service.

If you do not collect the package and costs are incurred as a result, you are liable for any additional costs associated with the return shipment.

Returns

We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn’t quite right, you are welcome to return your purchase within 30 days.

Returns are free when exchanging for a different size, colour, or style. If you prefer a refund, a fee of NOK 149, USD 50, or EUR / CHF / GBP 40 will be deducted to cover return shipping.

  • To initiate a return, please complete the return form included in your shipment and send an email to return@oleana.no to arrange the return.

  • We will issue a full refund for returned products to the original method of payment.

  • Please ensure that all items are returned unused, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

  • When exchanging an item, we cover the shipping cost of sending the new product.

  • Please note that we only accept returns for products purchased through our online store.
