Christmas shopping?

To ensure your gifts arrive in time for Christmas, please place your order by the dates listed below:

  • Norway: 16th December

  • Rest of the world: 18th December


We will continue shipping orders until 20th December, but to avoid disappointment, we recommend ordering earlier. Enjoy free gift wrapping at checkout.

For Christmas gifts, we’ve extended returns until 31st January 2025 for purchases made between November and December 2024.

Shipping

If you order before 12pm (working day) the package will be shipped on the same day. If you order after 12pm it will leave the next day (or next business day).

The expected delivery and return processing time is slightly longer than normal around holidays. This is our busiest season with high demands. Thank you for your patience!

We ship with Bring and DHL Express shipping. There will be no additional import taxes on your order.

As soon as the parcel has been shipped you will receive a message from DHL with information about tracking and delivery.

European orders will usually be delivered within 2-3 days from the day you received your shipping confirmation. International orders will usually be delivered within 3-5 days from the day you received your shipping confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If a delivery suffers a delay or an item happens to be out of stock, you will be informed by e-mail as quickly as possible.

If you do not collect the package and costs are incurred as a result, you are liable for any additional costs associated with the return shipment.

Returns

We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days after receiving it, to return it to us. We offer free returns.

For returning, fill the attached return paper and send an email to Oleana customer service. to arrange the return.

We will give a full refund for the products being returned to us. Refunds will be issued to the same method of payment used for the purchase.

We ask that products are returned unused and unwashed and have all their tags on.

When exchanging an item, we cover freight costs sending a new product

We only accept returns on products which are purchased through our online store.
